Track My Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, when available.

This tracking number will allow you to check the shipping status of your package with the carrier.

I Have Not Received My Tracking Number

If you have not yet received your tracking number, this may mean that your order is still being processed.

Order processing may take up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Your order number.

  • The email address used during the purchase.

My Tracking Information Is Not Updating

It may take some time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

In some cases, tracking details may appear between 24 and 72 business hours after shipment.

My Order Shows as Delivered, but I Have Not Received It

If your order appears as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking your mailbox.

  • Asking your neighbors or building concierge.

  • Verifying the delivery address provided in your order.

  • Contacting the carrier using the tracking number.
