In the event of an exceptional delay in processing your order, our team will inform you as soon as possible with a new estimated delivery date or, when applicable, alternatives such as a product exchange or refund.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because of the recipient’s absence, the package may be returned to our distribution center.
